Calguns Foundation Publishes Detailed Legal Analysis Of AB 144 And Finds Unloaded Handgun Open Carry Is Still Legal In CA With At Least 116 Exemptions.
On behalf of Responsible Citizens of California, a big thanks goes out to my friends and colleagues, Brandon Combs and Gene Hoffman, at the Calguns Foundation for funding this detailed legal analysis of AB 144. We should also not forget my friend, colleague, and 2nd Amendment civil rights attorney, Jason Davis, for his tireless work in putting this much-needed document together.

Looks like exemption #100 seems the most workable. Any plans to exploit this exemption to continue UOC handgun carry???
