Just got through reading your article. So glad you posted the link on Halfway to Concord blog (where I do most of my blogging these days).
I'm not a huge fan of open carry, but am a gun owner and a lover of liberty -- and I know something's definitely rotten in Pleasant Hill, where I live. They give lipservice to "transparency" then perenially jerk around the public.
Glad to learn about RCC . . . I'm on the learning curve about what's going on in this arena, since my daily focus is on taxpayer issues. But, as someone said to me the other day, what's the value of the 1st Amendment, if we don't have the 2nd?
