I live in Northern CA bay area but will be back in So Cal in a couple of weeks.

There were no pics, we were just meeting friends at a shopping center. The police did put the gun back in the holster and even de-cocked it after his supervisor told him to.

he tried to hand it to me, i refused. then he set them on the ground and finally another officer closed the actions and replaced them in the holster. i think they figured out it would look pretty bad if they left them there and some unauthorized person got a hold of them. any way you slice it, 12031 is ridiculous.

I need a few days down south next time. That was one hell of a turn around day. I need to go down just to have fun next time. I love getting out of this area and going down south. Next vacation is thanksgiving but all I need is an excuse to drive down south.

Yes LEO asked us to pick up the gun. I am sure setting it on cement causes scratches but HE knows how to handle a gun. I bet his are all torn up. He should have checked them and put them back period.

Take me to school. The LEO asked you to pick up your pistol after he put it on the table so he could charge you with brandishing? You refused. Did he put it in the holster or did you?
